ABOUT LUC-AAUP
Since 1972, the Lincoln University Chapter of the AAUP has existed to uphold the three cherished pillars of academe: faculty governance, academic freedom, and tenure.
LUC-AAUP has served as sole agent in representing Lincoln University Faculty at the negotiating table with University administrations. In addition to its formal role of negotiating and improving Faculty wages, compensation and work conditions, LUC-AAUP is charged with safeguarding and enforcing those principles and tenets of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Faculty By-Laws.
